These terms apply to using KM Uploader (“the app”). By using it, you agree to them.

Use of the app

KM Uploader is an internal tool for members of our team. Use it only with a Google account you are allowed to use, and follow Google’s own terms when you do.

Your files

You are responsible for the files you upload with the app, including having the right to store and share them. Files are uploaded to your own Google Drive and remain yours.

Google services

The app works with Google Drive. Your use of Google services is also covered by the Google Terms of Service. How the app handles information from your Google account is described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may change or stop working at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of data, files, or other damages that come from using the app.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
